This complete system is truly amazing. We know of no other camera system like it anywhere!

This system includes 4 PVMULTICAM cameras, our PVC050 4 input video switcher with VCR controller, and everything else you need including cables, mounts, power supplies, mountig hardware, and even cable tacks.

Each weatherproof camera has a built in microphone and a motion detector. The B/W model also has 6 IR LED night-vision lights that enable it to see in complete darkness up to 10 feet away from the camera.

The motion sensors in these cameras enable the switcher to automatically change to the live video feed from any camera that detects motion and will also trigger a regular VCR to start recording and continue to record until no motion is detected for 30 seconds.

The end result is that your regular VCR will only record the video from your cameras when motion is detected! This saves tape when you are recording so you can go longer without changing or rewinding the VCR tape. It also makes playback much easier because you are only watching video with action, and you won't have to fast-forward through hours of video with no activity.

Installation and setup is easy. Just mount your cameras indoors or outside with the included mounting brackets, then run just one cable from each camera back to the switcher. Four 60 foot cables are included with this package, and you can also purchase additional 60 foot extensions (model EC60) if longer runs are required (up to 180 feet total per camera).

Next you will connect the cameras to the switcher, then plug the switcher into a regular wall power outlet. This single power connection will power the switcher and all of the cameras so you don't even need to have power outlets near the cameras.

Finally connect the switcher to your regular VCR or TV (RCA type video inputs required).
